#FitWeek Challenge – Beat your best
So this weeks #FitWeek Challenge is like this; On Day 1 do as many pushups as you can and record that number. On day 2 do the amount you recorded from Day 1 and then Add 10 more pushups, even if that means dropping to your knees to pump them out, just don’t quit. Try to do them non stop, now do this everyday for the next 7 days.
Keep all your numbers recorded and save them somewhere, we will do this fit test again and it will be cool to compare your own stats. Give it everything you got, get right into this and share this post with your friends the ‘share links’ are at the bottom, get them motivated too. It’s simple challenges like this that can help set your whole day up for positive change.
